MrCoins Unleashes Afrobeat Fury With Latest Single “Ayo”
A talented and innovative Nigerian hip-hop artist, Mudi Sheidu Ubemi popularly known as MrCoins, is making waves in the music industry with his unique style and inspiring message, has released his new track titled “Ayo”
Our correspondent gathered that MrCoins, afrobeat artists hailed from Kogi State, Nigeria but based in Lagos State.
The Afrobeat artist born with a passion for music, MrCoins began creating music at the tender age of 5 and officially started his music career at 15.
In an exclusive interview with our correspondent, MrCoins explained that he drawn an inspiration from legendary artists such as Lucky Dube, Machalla, and Timaya.
MrCoins has developed a distinctive sound that blends hip-hop with meaningful lyrics.
According to him “My music style is hip-hop with a message”
“I don’t follow the crowd; I create my own path and pattern. My lyrics come from everyday events and experiences, and I’m driven by a desire to inspire and uplift my listeners.”
“Actually the biggest inspiration that helped me pursue a career in hip-hop is first of all Love for the art and I would also say that there is also a supernatural influence that seems so hard to explain or even fully understand.”
“Hearing the continuous blasting of different music in several shops increased my love and energy for music”
“When it comes to writing and producing music it comes naturally to me, I don’t need to write, I can just enter studio and inspiration comes and I produce something melodious”.
“My recent tracks, including “Pick-up” and my album “Legit,” have been well-received by fans and critics alike.
My music addresses themes of hope, perseverance, and the importance of staying true to oneself.
MrCoins equally spoke on the track he’s working on titled “Smoke Weed” which promised to deliver another powerful message.
Some of the tracks titled he has produced included, Erujeje, Babe, Money, Ajulo, Ayo, Closer, Fucking nigga, Wa mu dele.
